Vision, Mission & Strategy

This project was about the realignment of the corporate strategy, which can also be tangibly and comprehensibly related to the direct working environment at the employee level. Through the new corporate mission statement consisting of vision, mission and strategy, a causally connected business planning up to concrete operative measures was established. Thus, actions and projects were carried out in a targeted manner and dependencies and conflicting goals were consciously controllable.
