Quality management refers to the product and the process. With the help of Industrie 4.0 retrofit tools such as sensors and cloud services, a concept was created to establish a causal relationship between product quality and process quality indicators in the ongoing process. In this way, potential deviations in product quality can be detected at an early stage and countermeasures can be taken.
