Reiner Stemme Utility Air Systems is developing CS23 aircraft for special purposes, which can be equipped with corresponding sensors and controls in further expansion stages in order to also be able to carry out unmanned air surveillance tasks The project planning was structured across all necessary work packages and stored in a system. Organisationally, the project management structures and controlling were set up for this purpose and also carried out in the first phase on the basis of interim management. In the area of procurement, the critical components were subjected to intensive scrutiny as part of a general supply chain strategy in order to meet the tight deadlines in the prototype phase.
