As part of a strategic focus, Rolls-Royce Marine decided to completely redesign the supply chain for castings and align it accordingly with the global, strategic orientation of the value creation flows. We represented the project management in this project and ensured the delivery capability and quality requirements (Last Article lnspection – First Article lnspection) through appropriate methodology.
