On the basis of the Supplier Scorecard and of the relevant supplier strategies, the projected measures are defined, shaped around the cross-company supply chain.
A response for this is the ‘‘Customer-Value-Process’’ workshops. In these workshops, the cost structure of components between OEM and the suppliers is analyzed in interdepartmental teams. The 1st-step of the ordering flow path is implemented and the weak spots are identified. The agreed improvements are then determined, quantified and implemented for the purposes of the framework of a joined action plan.
